2025 was a good year for electric cars in Ireland, with figures from the Society of the Irish Motor Industry. More than 23,000 electric cars were registered last year, a 35% increase on 2024.
All counties in Ireland saw double digit growth in EV sales last year, with some seeing sales increase by 100%.
